Producer of the all-Ukrainian festival Street Music Day in Kyiv and Ukraine (the festival takes place on the same day in more than 55 cities throughout Ukraine), head of the NGO "Logistics HQ", co-founder of the intensive "Money for projects: WHERE and HOW?", with In 2006, the owner and director of the Event Agency "DREAM HUNTERS". In 2015, she produced and opened the free space and co-working space #MediaHub.
2018-2021 General producer of the mission multimedia project "I, Nina" and the #VARTOZHYTY Foundation. Olesia has produced the launch of the all-Ukrainian call center for oncology patients and their relatives #VARTOZHYTY, as well as the #taxifordonor project, which transported donors in 26 cities of Ukraine free of charge during the period of complete lockdown, and later oncology patients.
Film producer: short film "Dependence", full-length feature film "I, Nina", TV series "Coffee with Cardamom" and others. Screenwriter and director of the play "HERE AND NOW". 17 years of experience in project management and production. For the past 9 years, he has been working in the public sector, implementing large-scale projects that change the lives of people in Ukraine for the better, including the School of Audiovisual Arts 9¾.
